Goods ordered before 1pm will be sent out on the same day. Our couriers deliver from MON-FRI anything ordered at weekends or bank holidays will be posted on the following working day. We endeavour to deliver your goods to you in the fastest times possible, however during busy periods our courier services can take longer than expected. Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible and a return or replacement will be arranged. Change of Mind: We offer a 30 day returns policy. If you change your mind during this time, you can return the item as long as it is in a resell-able condition (unopened and unused). A refund of the original item price will be issued when we receive the item and have verified its condition. Please note, any return postage is to be paid by the buyer.
