Arctic Spa Hot Tub- 5 Person, Used. Approx. Year of manufacture 2007 Sold as seen is this Arctic Spa Hot Tub which came with the property I just moved in to. The previous owner has replaced all the worn panels and done an exceptional job on the restoration of the outer wooden case, there is even a removable panel that provides clear access to the motherboard and pipe work. Brand new wood which has been colour coded to the original spec now lines the complete shell. With the intention of selling the hot tub since I moved in, I had it serviced by Arctic Spas immediately (£300) who advised me with a little TLC this tub could be perfect for someone looking for all the benefits of a QUALITY spa without breaking the bank.

The service involved a full pipe flush, drain, clean, refill, filter replacement and sanitised. Known Defects: 1. Topside (control screen) needs replacing, the buttons still work (so you’re able to activate the jets and up/down the temp as required) but the screen is blank 2. Worn headrests (easily replaced) 3. One of the jets doesn’t work but you can literally find these on classifieds board for £7!

The engineer mentioned that this jet fault is causing a very very tiny leak (I had not noticed) which would be rectified with this repair. 4. Jet diverter handle broke (again, here on classifieds board for around £7!) 5. Worn cover, this unit is old (but functionally great!) this is the original cover, so expect it to have a few signs of wear but you could get some hot tub cover restorer and bring it back to life a bit 6. No serial number, model type or manuals (but I can prove it is an Arctic when you open the side panel as well as the logo being in the moulding and on the top side) Advantages:The Hot Tub features 2 jet pumps which provides a boost to the jets, many tubs feature just 1 pump. A super bargain because i want to sell up8ft x 8ft makes this a large spa vs.

However, if you need help finding one please let me know (there are even people on classifieds board advertising their services). The unit is located outside my property in Droitwich, not far from the M5. It is situated a few inches ‘below deck’ in a recessed bit just off the patio. I am told they can use an air lift bag and get it on a dolly to move it to the driveway and then loading it on to a trailer, strapping it down and taking it to its new home.
