Typical cost is $140 or less including upgrading the heater and high limit relays. Common modes of failure on these are sensor errors, false OHH, actual OHH, burned terminal block or heater terminals etc.

I have a maax spa with balboa control. Replaced heater and circuit board a couple years ago with original balboa parts. 54301 control assembly. Now have burned up terminal blocks on board, it's dead. Need to replace or repair the board. Also need new heater straps.

i have the 22896 board and the right strap where it connects to the board has burned off. Is this the board you have for sale? How hard is it to replace the board? I would need it overnighted, as we have a group of people coming. Thanks. I can send pictures of the board.
