Hot Tub Aegean

Aegean Balboa LPS200 Square hot tub. 205 x 200 x 95cm. We have loved this hot tub and had so much fun in it - only selling as we are moving house. It has one reclining seat and two corner seats so it seats 3 in luxury. But it also has two smaller seats in between so can comfortably accommodate 5 - and up to 8 kids if you want to have a laugh!

Each seat has an array of powerful water jets perfectly placed to massage shoulers, back and feet. Plus loads of bubble outlets. We aremissing two headrests and the others could do with being replaced. All in good working order, with heater, double cartridge fillters, pump for water jets and bubbles, and lights all working perfectly. The tub itself is in excellent conditiion with no damage and looks v smart.

The wooden sides are in pretty good condition with no rot, but need another coat of Sadolin. The control panel is easy to use and reliable, with sleep or economy modes, and precision thermostatic control to half a degree. The cover is 5years old and does the job, but needs replacing soon. We are including a neat metal cover storage rack which makes taking the cover on and off easy. The insulation is still pretty good as shown by the way ice and snow doesn’t melt on it even when the tub is at 40 degrees C Complete with cartridge filters, chlorine tablets, sparkle and pH adjusters.

Also available is approx 35m of armoured 30Amp electric cable which itself cost over £500 - open to offers for this. You will have just as much fun in this as you will in a hot tub costing ten times as much. It will be available in a drive-in shed near Exeter, 10 mins from the M5 and we can help with loading onto a flat bed trailer.
