At Platinum Spas we have used LED lighting in our hot tubs to enhance the users pleasure whilst using the Santorini hot tub, by selecting lighting that only enhances the persons mood.The Santorini hot tub come equipped with water level lighting, large LED in the footwell, corner skirt lights and the diverter lights. This gives the hot tub a very modern look but also improves the mental mood of the user.MUSICThe Santorini hot tub is equipped with a bluetooth music system and two mounted speakers. You can sit back and relax in the spa whilst listening to your favourite songs through the two mounted speakers which come as standard.

Music is another way to increase the users enjoyment whilst using their hot tub! Downtempo music can cause the brain to synch up with the beat and create alpha brain waves. These waves are often present when we’re awake, but relaxed. MAINTENANCE FREEThe side panels and steps that are used on Platinum spas are maintenance free whilst looking just like wood we use a wood composite instead of real wood on all our steps and side skirts. Wood rots and can deform over time! These particular side panels and steps do not rot or fade increasing the life and keeping the brand new look for many years! If damages do occur to the side panel of the hot tub it is very easy and a much cheaper option than wood for a replacement panel, which can take 10 mintues to change! Delivery Hot Tub Delivery InformationOur hot tubs are delivered using fully trained hot tub delivery teams.

We use a system called the spa dolly or spa slae to take your hot tub into position in your garden and place where you require.- We offer free delivery and positioning (subject to access) to UK mainland.- Installation including setup and demonstration is also included subject to electrics. Delivery Requirements:– Make sure that there is nothing protruding such as drainage pipes or sills that could obstruct the way.– Minimum of 1 metre entrance.– The hot tubs will be delivered on the side so ensure the hight of the spa will fit through any gap.– Check to see if there are any low roofs or branches that would hinder vertical clearance. If there are any corners on the path to your designated installation site, check to see the hot tub will pass.– The route to where the hot tub is to be sited should be flat and level and not soft ground. Check and inform us if there are any slopes, retaining walls, steps or level differences that may cause problems. Any extra resources required would be charged extra.(WE DO NOT LIFT HOT TUBS OVER WALLS)– Under special circumstances, where there is no clear or easy route, a crane can be used to position your hot tub.

Please contact a local crane company to arrange this service if you think it may be necessary. Please note that the cost of the crane would be charged extra.IMPORTANT NOTE:Please be advised that return visits due to non-preparation of base, poor access, unsuitable ground or obstacles, unsuitable electrical/water supply, etc are chargeable at the Company’s hourly rate.
