Used Balboa Hot Tub 6 Person With Steps & Lid

Used Balboa hot tub for 6 people , bought new around 2007 measurements approx 210 cm by 210 cm , 100 cm high 5 x sitting & 1x laying , with lights and jets holds approx 1000 litres,it has had light use only once a year for a couple of weeks in the summer holidays & always cleaned and emptied when not in use, in good working order , points you should know it will need a new filter as advised the filter should be replaced yearly , there is a small grey leaver missing on the right hand side next to the control panel it may well turn up when the hot tub is removed from gazebo ,the wood surround & steps could do with a wood varnish, the lid is not fitting quiet as well as it used too . Please ask if you have any questions we will try to answer,  Please note the wooden gazebo building it is in is not included in the sale,  Buyer is responsible for all arrangements for dismantling /disconnection & removal at their cost ,there is access to our back garden through a small stable yard which backs onto our garden if the ground is dry enough you could drive across the garden to where the hot tub is housed in wooden gazebo if its to wet you could get access via front of house down an 8 foot wide walkway to the back garden and patio .
