Here is a Clearwater Hot tub jacuzzi for sale. It is approximately five years old, but hasn't been used hard, and seems to be in good condition. The hot tub heater does not work. This is the only defect that I am aware of. The hot tub measures 6 feet wide and 6 feet long.

This measurement includes the wooden frame the hot tub sits in and is fastened to. Besides wiring it up, and replacing the hot tub water heater there's a few miscellaneous other pipes or wires that will need connected and hooked up to get it in working condition. I am doing a little remodeling and will not have room for the hot tub anymore. This is the only reason I'd like to sell it.
