DreamMaker Spas topside control replacement Overlay decal or face plate decal. I do not know the exact models this will fit so I am adding detailed measurements. 4 buttons –High, Low, jets, and light. I found one very similar on line that says that particular one will fit multiple model numbers. Copied from website - Balboa Overlay for DreamMaker Spa This is an peel and stick to the top side control.

This fits X-400, X-100, X-500, Odyssey, Eclipse, X-Calibur, E-Z Spa and X-Spa-Dition. $19.99. If you want to see the website just copy and paste the blue into Google and you should be able to find it. I do not have measurements of the one online it just looks very close. MAy be the same, maybe not. I put very detailed pictures to help you determine if it is what you need.

Width is 5 3/16" Height is 1 13/16 Left side of screen hole opening to left outer edge 1 3/16" Right side of screen hole to opening to right outer edge 2 7/8" Right outer edge to center of farthest button 2 5/8" See same pic to compare placement of other buttons if necessary. New old stock. 3M 467MP 200 MP Adhesive tape for hassle free Easy peel & stick installation. I believe these went to an older model but may fit other models like the Balboa or EZSPA Topside control. They came out of a pool & spa store that closed a while back.
