Refunds are given for for the original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Please note that Power Equipment that has been gassed or oiled, Air Beds that have been inflated and Pool, Boating, Kayaking, Floating Equipment that has had water in it cannot be returned. If you would like to cancel and order that you have placed, you must contact us via classifieds board messaging immediately. An order is considered as shipped when a tracking number is assigned.

When a tracking number is assigned it means the order has been processed by our warehouse, has been loaded on an outbound trailer and is in transit to the carrier's hub.
