Any item returned, even through classifieds board’s easy return policy, not having a return authorization will not be refunded. Items that are returned for “not as described” will be offered a full refund including shipping costs to and from (where applicable). Items returned for any other reason will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Items that are damaged during delivery must be returned according to the carrier insurance policy requirements, any item that is shipped outside those requirements will be not be refunded.

Undeliverable Addresses: If an item is shipped to you and the package is returned as undeliverable, incorrect address, unclaimed or for any reason not attributed to a seller error then the package will be either 1) re-processed as a return or a reason other than defective and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed or 2) you will have the option of providing a new address and paying the cost for delivery. The choice will be the buyers. All returns must be pre-authorized. A return authorization number will be assigned and the item can be returned. Items returned for not as described will be inspected before a refund is given.
