Arctic Spa - Kodiak Epic - Hot Tub Used - Purchased New January 2020

We are reluctantly selling our hot tub due to relocating. It’s a top of the range Arctic Spa Kodiak Epic and in excellent condition. It has 5 pumps and 61 jets. Arctic Spa is an excellent hot tub manufacturer with many dealers in the UK. It was manufactured in Canada and is therefore well insulated.

It has a self supporting Composite Hull. It includes the following custom options: - Spaboy Automated Salt Water Care System - this monitors and auto adjusts chlorine levels, no need for test strips/ checking water manually - OnSpa App to monitor and control remotely (control system that enables 2-way internet communication and control) - Mylovac 'walk on' Spa Cover providing excellent insulation and capable of supporting thousands of pounds of weight - Hydraulic cover lift - Lockable cover - "Forever floor composite structure floor" allowing to be installed on firm level ground without needing a concrete/decking/block base (although currently on a concrete base) - Titanium heater - LED Lights (Family Lighting System) - Platinum swirl colour on the inside, charcoal grey on the outside - The cabinets are 100% composite materials and require no maintenance and are highly resistant to damage from the sun and weather - 7.5kW heater - can maintain water temperature even when used in cold weather We purchased it in January 2020 for £14,500. Running costs of approx. 70p per day. W 235cm H 98cm L 235cm 1400 litres Owner's manual included and original receipt available to view if required.

Also included steps and chemicals (all supplied by Arctic Spa) and spare filters ready for first use. The hot tub is still covered by a 5 year guarantee but this is terminated with transfer of ownership. Viewings and demonstration welcome. Spa is filled with water and ready to use. A HIAB would be needed to remove and this would be the responsibility of the buyer to arrange and pay for removal.
