Access must be on a flat level surface to the hot tubs resting location. The buyer is responsible for checking the hot tub fits and if required in an upright position. Please add 8 inches to the "width or depth" of the hot tub size as this will be the overall height when delivered upright on our spa kart. If the hot tub does not fit or the access is more challenging that described after purchase, then we would only be liable for curb side delivery. Collection access is very good and we can help assist in loading the hot tub on your vehicle, providing you have a sufficient vehicle to take the size and weight of the hot tub.

You can get your vehicle next to the tub on hard standing ground. Payment and deposit details; Payment is either BACS or cash on collection.
