Down East Master Spa Exeter Hot tub in working order. Spa internal dimensions 84" x 84" x 36". Electrical required 240V 50A . Water capacity 510 gallons. Stereo does not work.

Coloured lights work. Dry weight 705 lbs , wet weight 3,985 lbs. 2 therapy pumps 45 jets- all working. External measurements are 900mm high x 2350mm x 2350mm. Cover is 5 years old and a bit water logged.

No head rests. These can be bought on classifieds board. Filter covers are intact and quite new. You may want new filters- again I buy on classifieds board. I have a soft copy of the 2012 owner's manual which I can email to you for you and your electrician to review.

Any spare chemicals will be handed over too. During the excessive heat this summer some of the side panels slid off so they will need to be re-attached- they are intact. See photos 11 and 12.There is a small leak at the pump see photo 10. Will sell with armoured cable -about 3 meters. The buyer will need to send an electrician to disconnect the tub and arrange removal via side gate which is wide enough -no crane required.

Selling as our daughters have grown up and moved out now. Buyer will need to arrange professional hot tub collection service.
