Master Spas Swim Spa Therapool D- Brand New

Beautiful MasterSpas Therapool D Swimspa model. We had it delivered about a month ago..then I got offered a job that I can't pass up, but which will take me out of the area for parts of the year! Timing is everything and unfortunately, we just wouldn't have purchased big ticket item if we had known what our situation was going to be. These spas are AMAZING! And if you look around on local real estate, you'll see them pop up more and more.

MasterSpas is THE name in manufacturing these. They can be used year-round, have less chemicals than pools, and are more power-saving because all is housed in the shell of the spa. I have all the paperwork, chemicals, etc. Nothing has even been filled yet because we've been holding off on even putting in decking around the spa knowing that everything is so up in the air. The spa has remained safely on out patio, empty, covered up.

The crane company was great and we'd be happy to get in touch with them again and help whoever needed to get it delivered- it cost roughly $700 but that was local, not sure what cost might be to transport. The price of this model with cover and bottom treads would retail at about $36,000. We are selling this for $23,000. This is a seriously good deal. Obviously, funds will need to be certified, etc.

For a purchase like this, but I'm sure we can figure it all out. We'll be bummed not to have this, but I want it to have a good home!
