Access to property/tub is VERY GOOD ** Happy for viewing before bidding ends The hot tub was bought from the hot tub superstore in Blackpool and is made in the USA by Master Spas. It is only 5 years old and has been regularly drained/cleaned, not long had a service and brand new pump for Zone 2 - note pump is working, but intermittent on the control panel, can show you. It is BIG and has 8 seats across 3 zones (inc 1 lounger), a larger than average floor space being approx 10'x8'. Led lights, Bluetooth speakers, waterfalls, jets, radio (Bluetooth), speakers and remote are all in full working order, also recent new headrests.

There is also an APP that can be downloaded to control and setup the tub from your mobile device. The hot tub has had a new fill of water 2 weeks ago so that upon viewing I can show you the various zones and blowers working. You can fill the tub and use chlorine (which is what is in it now) or use bromi charge. The tub is self sanitising so once you have filled the tub with bromi charge you don’t need to do anything on a daily basis. You just use the bromine panel on the side of the tub (again I can show you how to use this).

The tub has a gecko bromine generator installed that self sanitises the tub, although I have only ever used chlorine. I have all the manuals provided to me on delivery, they are electronic pdfs and will be made available to you. The steps are in good condition too. I will include these in the sale as well as the hot tub cover lifter. Also included are the x2 2 filters sets (about 2 months old), filter cleaner, chlorine, and other chemicals to get you going.
