It has been used only a handful of times, and is in like new condition. We purchased this from Costco for $3800 about a year ago, and for the vast majority of the time it has been unused. It is very spacious and looks great in a backyard. It seats 6 people (5 with lounger) and has 20 back jets, 4 leg jets, and 3 foot jets. You basically plug the hot tub in, wait for the water to heat up, and then use it.
