This Bestway Lay-Z-Spa New York is in good condition, and is fully functional. The hot tub has been used a fair amount over the summer, but has been cleaned and boxed up since then, and is ready to send. It comes in its original box, with the protective packaging around the pump. The LED lights are amazing and make the spa a great experience. One filter is included to get you started, and all the accessories like the hose, stopper caps and adapters are included.

The liner does have a bulge in one area, however this is only a visual issue and doesn’t effect the functionality of the product at all.
