One Year Surface Warranty Black Diamond Spas warrants the surface of the hot tub to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
One Year Electrical Equipment Components Electrical equipment components (specifically the pumps, heater, and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Warranties for Other Components The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, Step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. All other factory-installed components, including but not limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and we will arrange for the relevant part to be sent out to you. Other components - Filter cartridges, spa pillows, covers and stairs are not included in this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper and irregular maintenance or accident or collision. Examples include, but are not limited to; Damage of surface due to leaving the spa uncovered or due to covering the spa with something other than I Heart Hot Tubs authorized cover, Damage to the surface due to contact with unapproved cleaners or solvents, Damages caused by operation of water temperature outside of the approved 34F – 104F levels, Damage caused by unapproved sanitizers such as calcium hypochlorite, sodium hypochlorite,“tri-chlor”type chlorine or sanitizing chemical that remain undisclosed on the spa surface, Damage due to dirty, clogged or calcified filter cartridge, Damage caused by failure to provide an even, sufficient support of spa, low water level. PLEASE NOTE THAT LOW WATER LEVEL OR BLOCKED FILTERS ARE THE TWO MAIN CAUSES OF ISSUES WITH HOT TUBS. EITHER OF THESE CAN CAUSE THE SYSTEM TO RUN DRY AND RISK BURNING OUT THE HEATER. Please note - All warranty parts will be sent out to customer within 10 days of problem reported.
Labour is not included in the warranty cover, we recommend you use our expert engineers to fit the parts at an additional cost or an experienced person in the hot tub industry.
