Photos of accces will be required before delivery of the hot tub. Delivery and full installation - Installation is available on request as long as there is a 16amp supply and you will need a 6mm armored cable from the hot tub wired directly into a 16amp switchable junction box. Two men, one of whom will be a trained hot tub delivery technician, will deliver the hot tub and help move it to the position you require.

The hot tub will be delivered on its side so if going through a doorway or passageway please allow at least 50mm in addition to the depth dimension on each side. For example if the hot tub depth is 900mm we will required at least 1000mm of pathway width. Please also allow enough space for the trolley to turn any corners. If you have any questions or unsure please give us a call. The packaging will be removed from the product and the power cable will be wired.

Please note you will have to have the power supply installed prior to delivery by a trained electrician as this is not part of the package. After connecting the power cable they will then test it to make sure everything is working. Please also note crane services aren't included. If you suspect any problems with putting the tub in position you could also send photos for one of the engineers to check and inspect. Warranty 5 year spa shell (we are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for five years from the original date of purchase.

12 months warranty on electrical components Electrical equipment components (specifically pumps, heater and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Warranty of other components The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. All other factory-installed components, including but limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and will will arrange for the relevant part to be sent to you. Please note, labour is not included and we advise that the fitting of any spare part, electrical or plumbing specific, be done by a trained engineer.

We cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Please note you are entitled to cancel your order once delivered within 7 working days. But for a refund on the product it must be in original condition. If it is needed to be collected the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns Information Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must be in original condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely back. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellations, less and delivery costs incurred.
