Coasts Spa Sauna Room Heater 4.5KW 240V with CON 3 Outer Grey. Part number on the box is AM45MI-D3, UPC phone4. Comes with the heater, control/electrical box, and remote control. Note that the heater assembly is missing a "cap" that goes over the temperature controls. The controls are non-functional as this unit is completely controlled by the external controller and this cap is only to cover the hole where the thermostat would have been located.

See picture. It appears the unit may have a small dent where the two halves of metal come together, but this would not affect performance. Note that the electric wire from the control box to the heater unit is sold separately.
