It’s in excellent condition and was removed because the original owners were upgrading to a larger unit. It comes with the steps and cover that are shown.

Those accessories alone retail for over $300 altogether when new. This is pick up only. Manufacturer states the weight is 235 lbs. Dry and we were able to transport it in a standard sized pickup truck.
