If you need support with this item please contact us through classifieds board EMAIL SUPPORT Item Description ELECRO 3KW NANO SPLASHER PLUG & PLAY ELECTRIC POOL HEATER The Elecro Nano pool heater is manufactured from top quality components and materials at the Elecro works in Hertfordshire, England. Construction consists of a flow tube which is fitted with Inlet and Outlet mouldings manufactured from specially formulated polymer alloy material. The outlet moulding accommodates a reversible flow switch with a gold tipped reed, and Titanium fulcrum pin.

The heater is supported on two feet, this permits either vertical wall or floor mounting. The heater control components are positioned on the top face of the casing. Screw fit adapters are supplied to allow connection to standard above ground pool flexible pipe work. The water inlet and outlet fittings can facilitate connection to either metric or imperial standard pipe. The inlet moulding has been designed to ensure full immersion of the elements, greatly reducing the risks of air locking.

Operation The desired pool temperature can be easily set on the Elecro Nano heater using the panel-mounted thermostat dial. Safety and equipment protection is provided by the highly reliable flow switch. Over-temperature protection is provided by the thermal cut out (manual reset). Please note the Nano Splasher Pool Heater is NOT Suitable For Use with Aquatic / Pond applications. Does your pool have a pump? You can’t have a heater without one Are you going to plug the heater into an extension lead? Most people are, make sure it’s a heavy duty extension lead not some flimsy lead you might use on say an electric lawnmower for example. Using a lightweight extension lead will result in the socket on the lead overheating and even melting causing the heater plug to overheat and become damaged as well. Are you planning on using the heater on a hydrotherapy pool for animals (dogs or cats for example).

If so this voids warranty, even with filters animal hairs can damage the flow switch and other parts. Do you have an Intex pool that has the threaded nut type connection, if so you'll have a problem connecting the heater, check with your Intex pool supplier to see if they have a connection kit. Deliveries are usually made between 9am - 4pm Monday- Friday.

No time can be specified and a signature is required on receipt. Goods can be left on your property without a signature; however this is at your own risk. This price does not include Saturday delivery - if you require Saturday delivery please call us and we can quote you for the additional cost. Orders taken by 3pm on any working day can usually be dispatched the same day for the next working day delivery at no extra cost. Certain postcodes incur a surcharge - Scottish Highlands and Islands (FK17 - 99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, PA21-23, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42), Off-shore which includes Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

If your postcode falls within a surcharge area you will have to contact us for shipping costs. Please note: We are unable to ship certain items to Off shore Islands due to their size and fragility. When will my order be delivered? 95% of orders taken by 3pm are dispatched on the same day for next working day delivery (This time may drop in our busy periods, mid summer & December).

For urgent next day deliveries, we recommend you call. Most deliveries take place between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday - Friday, though please note that we are not able to give a firm guarantee of an AM or PM delivery and our carriers do deliver up until 5.00pm. We can collect in some circumstances We can arrange collection of the goods in some cases and pass this cost onto you, collection charges depend on the item size, value and your location, minimum collection costs starts at around £10. If we have to instruct our courier to collect, the collection charges may be between £13.60 (small parcel) - £80.00 (if palletised) Do I have to pay postage if I return an order? If this is the case, please contact us. Warranty: Most items are covered by a manufacturer′s warranty whose terms have to be adhered to. Return of faulty Items Faulty items should be advised by telephone and an initial checklist with one of our Technical Team completed during the call to try to resolve the issue. The tech consultant can agree to check out the fault and arrange for collection of the item. A replacement item or refund will be issued if it is found to be faulty, If an item is returned as faulty and after testing no problem can be found with it, the costs of collection plus an administration fee of £10.00 will be payable by the customer.

We reserve the right to deduct these costs from any refund due. Missing Parts (non critical) Very rarely goods may arrive missing a part, we reserve the right to post the missing part within a reasonable time limit and that such a missing part does not constitute an excuse for the customer to demand a complete replacement of the goods dispatched or for the goods to be collected and refunded.
