All of the many features and functions work perfectly and it is easy to maintain and operate.Aside from the actual spa unit there is also a set of matching stairs that span one corner for safe and easy access to the spa, and a set of custom covers that are made from thick insulating polystyrene, and help to keep the unit clean and the heat in.The unit is installed indoors, and the sale price INCLUDES removal by crane and lowering onto a suitable flatbed truck arranged by the buyer. I want to arrange removal so that I can be responsible for and in control of the process. Once the unit is lowered onto the flatbed truck it becomes the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for transport and delivery/installation to their desired location.The unit can be installed indoors or outdoors.

No plumbing or drainage is needed for the unit to operate - it only needs electrical connections to suit the various pumps and devices. A set of three 15amp sockets are all that is required in the current installation.Happy to arrange inspection of the unit by arrangement.
