Endless Swim Spa - INDULGENCE “Swim Machine” 6 persons, 8,000 litres, 2 extra swim jets powered by upgraded 2 x 3Hp pumps. Caribbean Blue, Solar Hot water system with an LPG Raypac Spartan 131 gas heater with dedicated pump (I haven’t been able to get this working so consider it a free item thrown in - could be as simple as a fuse but I was told a new controller board is around $400 if needed. They use too much expensive LPG but a little better if converted to natural gas). Solar heating comes with a dedicated pump and is more than enough to get the temperature up. Standard 2 x 2.5Hp spa pumps so that’s 6 fully working pumps in total.

New Balboa GL2000 controller and touch pad installed late 2016 – cost just under $2,000. The spa comes with a thermal cover and cedar fit out. This spa is in a house I purchased in late 2015 and after two great summers, time to renovate so spa needs to move to make space for new decking. I have original receipts from previous owner totalling $30,853 for delivery only. As you can see from the photos, it’s in great condition.

If you agree and you want it, you need to inspect and test the system and once you are 100% satisfied, pay and organise removal. This needs to be your responsibility and no refunds after you begin to dismantle it. It’s in East Warburton, 80kms east from Melbourne CBD. Asking price is very low given I just spent over $2,000 in upgrade and Lithium spa chorine. (I disconnected the salt chlorinator as they don’t work properly in smaller bodies of water such as spas.

This is a fully enclosed cedar unit with a strong timber frame and base. It gets picked as one unit and dropped onto a concrete. It can't go on dirt or grass. You need to allow approx. 1.3 to 1.5 tonne when empty to move.

Given it's a 8,000 litre swim spa, allow an extra 8 tonne for the water when full.
