Faulty Spring Spas Hot Tub 6 Seater With Good Lid

Six seater faulty spring spas hot tub with good lid. Comes with filters and few chemicals this hot tub was fully working when we drained it a few months ago , came to put back on for the kids 6 week’s holiday and display came up with a faulty see photos , i have been told this is the heater ( when i removed side panel it could possibly be just a bad earth on heater ) but have no way to test as we had already removed and brought another hot tub sold as spares or repair collection only from ws66el very easy access for collection the lid has had new insulation inside
