Used but in great condition. Comes ready to plug and play with a 16 amp MK240 blue female commando 3 pin plug. If you don't have a socket outside already you will need a BS7671 competent electrician to carry out all work.

The hot tub needs to sit on solid base. Ideally of 4" thick concrete and a minimum size of 8ft x 6ft 11" Minimum access space required for you to move the hot tub is width 34" and Height 86". The hot tub can be moved on it side when empty. Sold as seen and with full instruction booklet and guidance notes. Purchased new in 2014, original price £8,300 from manufacture.

Running cost once filled and heated (about 24 hours from cold) is circa £8 a week. The hot tub is really easy to maintain. You will require chemicals to maintain the hot tub and will need to follow a quick and simple daily care routine. Chemicals are widely available from garden centres and online from Hotspring World. The hot tub will come with a set of ceramic water filters that we have been using.

You may want to purchase your self a new set of 4 filters. Hot tub will be cleaned and empty at the time of collection and is available for collection only after May 8th.
