Warranty of other components The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. All other factory-installed components, including but limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and will will arrange for the relevant part to be sent to you. Please note, labour is not included and we advise that the fitting of any spare part, electrical or plumbing specific, be done by a trained engineer.

We cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Please note You are entitled to cancel your order once delivered within 7 working days. But for a refund on the product it must be in original condition. If it is needed to be collected the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.
