Hot Tub/Spa-5 Person. Model: Evolution S5

Evolution S5 hot tub/spa made in the USA The hot tub was included in the sale of new home purchased last month. It was purchased by the previous home owners on the 23/10/2014 for £5500. I only have the information about it from the previous owner and google. Family sized 5 seater spa. It has 42 hydrotherapy water jets, waterfall and lights, The hot tub has been kept in great condition housed inside of its own custom built concrete building and so has not been exposed to the elements.

It's been extremely well looked after and cleaned and maintained regularly. The sale includes the following items. The hot tub must be collected in person, it is heavy weighing in at 334kg, so a vehicle with a crane lift would be required to remove from the rear of the property and over the garden wall.. Added information to answer a couple of questions.. The wall hight is 67 inches high.. The gate width is 39 inches and the hot tub on its side is 35.5 inches. So it could be taken through the gate on its side if that is possible. The front of the building will be taken down to remove the hot tub..
