Our products ship from warehouses around the country in VIC, NSW, QLD and SA directly to your address with the aim on getting your goods to you as quickly as possible. 95% of orders ship next business day where they are received before 5pm however some products require a longer handling time and we endeavour to reflect this in the estimated delivery dates provided through classifieds board. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on your location however please note that unless the item is marked as 'guaranteed delivery' estimated delivery dates are estimates only. Remote areas may require longer delivery time and delivery times may extend during busy seasonal period.
If you are concerned please use your tracking number to check the whereabouts of your order before contacting customer support. We regret that our warehouses are not accessible to the public, so we do not offer a pick-up option on any items. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless otherwise indicated and a signature is required to take delivery of most items. If you are not home when the carrier attempts delivery your order or they cannot gain access (gated complex, locked gate, loose dog etc) your parcel will be taken either to your local post office or to your nearest parcel collect agent. In some areas carriers still leave a calling card however this is being phased out by Australia Post and most carriers.
You can use your tracking number in your classifieds board account or on the carriers website to see the status of your delivery and find exactly where to collect your item or to arrange re-delivery where available. Please use your tracking number before reaching out to customer service if you have a query relating to delivery. - Unfortunately we are unable to book specific delivery dates or times. Our shipping fees include postage and handling costs and tracking numbers are provided via classifieds board usually with 48 hours of despatch. Postage and handling fees are calculated based on the weight and size of each product, we regret that combined postage or postage discounts are therefore not available.
Some items or orders may be despatched in more than one carton and may not be delivered at the same time - please check your shipping label and tracking information before contacting customer support to ensure that you have received all the boxes. Overseas shipping rates where applicable will be clearly indicated in the listing details. If you made a mistake and ordered in error please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel it for you. However please note that our order processing system is highly automated and once processed an order cannot be cancelled and you will need to return the item once received at your own expense. We are not happy unless you are delighted with the service you receive.
Please contact our customer service team immediately through the classifieds board messaging system if you have: Received an Item that was damaged in transit. You have received an Item that is Dead on Arrival (ie not working) You have changed your mind and wish to request a return Damaged in Transit or Dead on Arrival? If you item has been damaged in transit or is not working please contact us within 10 days of receipt through classifieds board messenger. We will ask you to send images or a video that clearly show the problem and / or the condition of the item. In many cases this will be enough for us to arrange a replacement for you however on occasion you will need to send the damaged item back to us for inspection or testing.
Where this is the case our customer service team will provide you with instructions. In the first instance please send us a message rather than open a return request in classifieds board as this will limit the options available to us to resolve the issue and may not be your desired or most convenient solution. Changed Your mind? No problem, we accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase so If you wish to return an item in we’ll happily offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please note however that the item needs to be in as-new condition, this means: Unopened Unfortunately we're unable to accept items that have been opened, it'll lose that awesome fresh feeling for the next customer who buys it.
