Photo 8 for Intex( Upgrade Your (New) Intex Spa Pump

how do i go about buying a motor for my intex bubble spa. I pulled the motor out on the bottom says Intex model 403M 12V60Hz When i turn on my unit the bubbles still work the the filter will not circulate or heat. Would this be the right part to replace Sorry i have no idea what i am doing just trying to fix it. Thank you for your help
