Notes: This unit installs on the Pressure Side, heating the water coming out of the pump on its way into the tub.
If you install it on the vacuum side (heating the water prior to entering the pump) it will not work and we will not exchange it! Most major brands whirlpool tubs should already have a 7" cut out in the plumbing to insert the heater! These heaters require their own GFCI outlet, it must not share an outlet with the pump. Bath heaters work best to maintain water temperature/ raise a few degrees. It will take hours to heat the water from cold!

If gaskets, O-Rings & Seals are removed from their sealed packaging.
If parts show evidence of wear, contact with water or chemical damage. Items with Double Sided Tape, Protective Face Plastics or factory coverings show evidence of these items being removed. Why the strict policy? - We do not sell used parts! If you've installed, attached, hooked up... any part it is considered used.
Any returned part(s) that show signs of installation or use will not be accepted. Any item that cannot be re-sold as brand new will not be accepted, this is based entirely on our discretion. Returns will not be accepted for the following items Opened Chemicals or Filters. Tools Safety items, including but not limited to sensors, switches & suctions. All returned electrical parts are inspected & tested upon receipt, if a part shows any evidence of installation/connection it will be denied & returned to you without refund. We support manufactures warranties for the items we sell. If not specifically stated in the listing details please contact the manufacture specific warranty terms and conditions. Electrical items including but not limited to blowers, controls, elements, heaters, pumps, switches and sensors will only be warrantied if they are installed by certified spa technicians.
Electrical items must be returned to the manufactures designated repair facility for testing prior to repair or replacement. Handling of warranties is based on the manufactures discretion, they will determine if the item is to be refunded, repaired or replaced. Replacement components are only sent out after an item has been deemed defective by the manufacture repair facility.
