Small leak within filter system, likely to be fixable given some time. Spa is in great condition. Only used for 1 season. Well cleaned, cover included. Ground mat is available FOC, however, it has been used to protect the base of the spa.

Maximum water temperature 40 degrees (C). Spa can be seen upon request in working order.
