2-years warranty on Balboa control box and display module: The manufacturer warrants the display and the spa control box against defects in materials and workmanship or any defect for two years. According to the electrical components this warranty is not given on fuses, bulbs and gaskets. 1-years warranty on the shell surface of the spa: The manufacturer provides the user of the spa a 1 years warranty against blistering, cracking and delamination. 1-years’ parts warranty on the basic and optional spa components: spa control, massage engines, circulating pump, heating, WiFi module, IR receiver. The heating equipment and system are warranted for 1 years from the original date of delivery (No warranty is given on fuses, bulbs, gaskets) 1-years’ parts warranty on the ozone generator: The ozone generator is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 years from the original date of delivery.
Please Note: This is a parts warranty only,which does not include any labour. Charges will be incurred if a call out is required. It is the customers responsibility to ensure a suitably qualified installation team installs this product. Warranty Limitations 1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or lime scale deposits. 2.
The manufacturer reserves the right to replace the defective parts with factory or re-manufactured parts. 3. The manufacturer is not responsible for any damage caused by alterations or modifications by the user. 4. Radio/Bluetooth reception is not covered by warranty because the reception depends on local conditions. The received signal may deteriorate if there are high voltage lines near the spa. 5. The warranty of the spa does not cover defects, damage or failure caused by the common carrier, installer, user or other persons, pets or rodents, or resulting from, without limitation, any of the following: careless handling (lifting unit by plumbing, abrading finish, etc) including its own negligence; modification of any type for any reason )including modification to meet local codes); Improper installation (including installation not in accordance with instructions and specifications provided with the unit); connections supplied by the installer of the equipment; improper voltage supply or unauthorised electrical modification; misuse; incorrect operation, or lack of proper routine maintenance; operation of the unit without specified minimum amount of water or at inappropriate water temperature; use of abrasive or improper cleaners; or acts of God, such as lightening, floods, earthquakes etc. 6.
In addition, The manufacturer will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses arising from any cause (e.g water damage to carpet, ceiling, tiles, marbles, loss of use etc.) including it’s own negligence; damages to, respecting or resulting from: plated parts when pool and/or spa chemicals are used in the unit or hard water conditions; optional bath equipment not manufactured by the company but supplied with the dealer, installer or Company; the units prior usage as an operational of display; or defects that should have been discovered before installation. 7. This warranty does not include: labour, transportation of other costs incurred in the removal and or re-installation of the original unit and/or installation of a replacement unit; any costs relating to obtaining access for repair; or loss of use damage, including loss of sales, profit or business advantage of any kind under any circumstances. Spa units are excluded of any warranty coverage if any addition, deletion or modification of any kind whatsoever has been made to the unit (or to any component). 8. The warranty does not cover defects of damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation, alterations without the manufacturer written consent, accident, misuse, abuse, commercial or industrial use, use of an accessory not approved by the manufacturer, failure to follow the user manual, or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than an authorised representative of the manufacturer. Extent of Warranty This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the spa when invoiced and delivered.
The warranty terminates upon any transfer of ownership, prior to the expiration of the warranty period. Any modifications to the spa will void the warranty. Shipping Delivery costs: £400 within 200 miles of S43 1JU (£2 per mile over 200) Delivery time: 4 Weeks Hassle Free Delivery and Installation - Our standard delivery service costs which we offer as per above, includes delivery of your Hot Tub. A two man team will offload your Hot Tub from our delivery vehicle and will position your spa in your garden; Please note that a minimum of 1.1 metre width and 2.4m height is required if we are moving the spa (please look out for steps, drain pipes, gates, corners etc, which could impact the minimum requirements). Please contact us if you are unsure about this. Once our team have got your spa into your chosen location, our team will lower the spa and move this into it's final position for you. Our delivery team will remove all packaging from the product and will ensure that your property is left neat and tidy.
Delivery Upgrades Full Install - This includes our standard delivery process, but our delivery and installation team will also wire your spa up (electrics must be pre installed), we will begin to fill your spa with water and guide you through your chemical kit and water maintenance, our team will also guide you through on how your spa operates which includes a tutorial on the spa control panel, setting your filter cycles and ensuring your spa is ready to be used. The final process would be putting your steps into position and ensuring your cover is unwrapped and fitted on your spa. We offer this service for an additional £150. Full Install and Electrical Installation - We have a team of qualified electricians who can install your hot tub electrics during our delivery process - please get in touch with us for a quote. Please also note that crane services are not included in any of our delivery packages.
If you suspect that you may need a crane assisted delivery then please contact us for further information and pricing. You can also email over some photos of access and speak with our Logistics Manager in our office. Deposit or Payment in full must be paid within 10 days of commitment to buy. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund returns, minus shipping (in original undamaged packing and in new and unused condition) within 14 days. Damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt for an exchange at no charge.
For refunds for merchandise with free shipping, the buyer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from the final refunded amount once an item has been returned. A restocking fee of 20 percent may apply. No refunds will be issued without prior approval of a return. A customer RA number must be issued before we can except any return.
Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Shipping insurance for your return packages is strongly advised. No refunds will be issued beyond 28 days of time of receipt.
