Delivery and Position - Our trained engineers will unload the hot tub, delivery through the required access route, position on to your flat and level base. Photos of access are required prior to the delivery of the hot tub, if we do not receive these the delivery date will be changed. Full Installation - Our trained engineers will unload the hot tub, delivery through the required access route, position on to your flat and level base. They will then take the tail of cable and wire this into your hot tub. The packaging will be removed from the product and the power cable wired in.
Please note that you will need to have the power supply installed prior to delivery by a trained electrician as this is not part of the package. Your hot tub will be filled (from your hose pipe) will then be shown how to use the hot tub, set the filtration systems up and you are left with a fully working hot tub heating to the temperature you have set it to. After connecting the power cable they will then fill the hot tub and test it to make sure everything is working. Once it is all installed correctly they will then run through the basics of chemical use and keeping the product clean. Your steps and cover will be moved into position.
If going through a doorway or passageway please allow at least 50mm extra each side. Please also allow enough space for the trolley to turn any corners. Also allow an additional 300mm allowance on the height to allow for smooth access. If you have any concerns please call 0207 022 66 88. Please also note that crane services are not included in this package.
If you suspect that you may need a crane assisted delivery then please contact us. You can also email over some photos of access and speak with our engineers in the office. PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept Paypal, Bankers draft, Bank Transfers, Postal Orders, and Credit/ Debit Cards over the telephone. We can take a £400 deposit and the remaining balance can be paid by the above methods (excluding PayPal). NB: Please be aware that we cannot offer our deposit scheme if paying via PayPal If you wish to pay via PayPal the full value of the order (hot tub plus delivery charge) must be cleared through classifieds board before we can arrange delivery.

WARRANTY INFORMATION ONE YEAR SPA SHELL We are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for one year from the original date of purchase. ONE YEAR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT COMPONENTS Electrical equipment components (specifically the pumps, heater, and control system) are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase.
WARRANTIES FOR OTHER COMPONENTS The spa cover, light bulb, light lenses, fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, Step and filter are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship or materials at the time of delivery. All other factory-installed components, including but not limited ozone, speakers and jets, are warranted against malfunction due to defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that a part breaks down then simply phone us and we will arrange for the relevant part to be sent out to you. Please note, labour is not included and we advise that the fitting of any spare part, electrical or plumbing-specific, be done by a trained engineer. We cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts.
ORDER CANCELLATION Please note that you are entitled to cancel this order if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products. RETURNS Please note that when returning rejected goods, the package and contents must in perfect condition. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, We request that you do not assemble the goods if you plan to return them as this can damage the goods, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. PLEASE NOTE: Please call us to arrange collection of the returned goods.
No goods will be accepted at the warehouse without prior consent. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods safely to our warehouse. We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation, less any delivery costs incurred. Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
