Spa 4-6 person in good working but not original condition with steps and locking cover. Steps & spa would now benefit from a tlc cosmetic paint/oiling. Power, pumps, jets, filters, etc all working great except **needs new circulation pump** to move hot water around - heats fine ... just needs to be circulated. We've been using as is through hot summer - a mini pool- suns been warming the water fine!!!! Pumps range from $80 upto $300 depending on where sourced (USA/China/Aust /classifieds board - just missed one at Xmas on greys online for $29.

Brand: ITT Laing E-10). USA brand & super cheap to buy in US. Can be installed by electrician. Or a spa company. Spa Runs from normal power point on normal house power.Moving house or wouldn't be selling.

Must arrange own pickup. 3-4 guys will manage easily. Flat Access down side of house.
