This one has a brand NEW motor brand NEW impeller brand NEW seal kit brand NEW GFCI plug The top control panel "reset" button works as a light button.

I was able to turn the multi-color lights on and off. The new motor is working fine and it pushes water through the jets using the air control assembly knob which goes from left to right. I ran it for 2 hours to test for leaks.(NONE) You have to run it for 48 hours to heat up the water(you can also add hot tap water to get faster results)The Control panel goes from 80 to 104 degrees. (see pics) The water heats up as it goes around the aluminum coils around the motor, so after 48 hours it should get to 104. (I did not test it for 48 hours.)
