Although most components are assembled in our factory, but we cannot guarantee that no leaking at all, this is due to the fact of long way transit from China to Australia. Components may become lose. Customers must check if plumbing joints require re-tightening or additional silicon application. The price we sell for these products comes with assemble and installation not include.
We do not take responsibility for the quality of installation or assemble. Any faulty parts of our products will be replaced for free under our warranty policy. Some components need to be installed on site by plumber or handy man. The Warranty Period commences on the date of purchase of the goods for a period of 12 months. Unless stated otherwise the Warranty is limited to parts only. Faulty parts must be set back to supplier at the customers cost and replacement parts will be sent to the customer at the suppliers cost.3. Claims for factory fault goods must be made within 12 months of warranty period since you received, no excuse for “ have not been used since received”4. Claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made in writing (by fax or by email) with photographs of damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods. It is the customers responsibility upon receipt of the goods to check the goods carefully (by opening any package or goods), before signing for the goods from the transport company. Do not sign to accept delivery of goods before inspection of goods.
If you find damaged or missing goods contact our office immediately on 08-8447-1089 or phone. We will replace damaged goods or supply missing goods without charge.5. Providing that the goods are not used or damaged, if you are not satisfied with the goods within 7 days of receipt you can return the goods for a full refund (subject to inspection by the Supplier). Freight costs will not be refunded. Goods are to be returned at customers cost and must be returned in original packages and condition for a refund.6.
No refund will be made for incorrectly ordered goods and/or transport costs.7. The supplier is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatsoever caused by faulty parts and the warranty does not include labour costs for repairing or assembly or disassembly, installation or un-instillation. The warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by the unsafe or negligent use of the goods or use of the goods for purposes for which it is not designed or approved.8. These Terms and Conditions of Warranty are governed by the laws of South Australia.9.
