Not refurbished, but all new! The ePack will run one main 2-speed pump, filtering and heating on low speed, and jet action on high speed. Also runs an air blower on-off, OR, any other device on-off, for example a secondary single speed pump. And a 12 volt light, and it has output to an non-switched auxiliary device such as an ozonator, and of course it powers and controls the heater included. Note: intended use is for mounting under the redwood skirt of a typical portable spa, not out in the rain, snow, etc. This is a high flow heater and control, 20 GPM minimum, for 2" or 1-1/2" PVC pipe size. It is NOT for tiny 3/4" circ pumps.
