Monarch spa around 2300mm×2300mm comes with gas heater and pumps no cover Has a few cracks in gel coat on the edges but in the tub is in good condition will be a really nice big spa when installed i bought it as is was tested before i pulled it out and worked excellent been sitting for a year or so should work properly still. The person i bought it off spent 5000 on the heater pumps and controll system .pick up craigieburn
