Spaform Grand Canyon 7-Seat Square Hot Tub With 2 Year Old Cover

Opportunity to buy our Spaform Hot Tub and luxuriate at 40 degrees under the stars on these cold winter evenings! We have had this over 15 years and has done great service but the kids have flown the nest and is not getting much use, so time to find it a new home. It has seats for 7 people including a full length lounger, underwater light and lots of those massaging blowers. I still have all the manuals and documents etc and will include the cover, steps and “no hanky-panky” sign. The cover is two years old and is to a high specification and cost alone over £400.

Obviously a wonderful thing to own but a few thoughts before you bid: It is due a service – whilst it heats up fine and the main bubbles work the booster bubbles don’t come on. One of the head rests is missing and another has one of the attaching plugs missing but is otherwise complete. As you can see from the photos given its age the main wooden structure has some degree of weakness and you should work on the assumption that the frame/panels will need to be replaced at some point and could unless professionally moved sustain damage/collapse when the successful bidder attempts to move it. It is a big old thing and heavy and whilst you can get a lorry to within 10 metres of it, you will need to provide a crew of people (ideally professionals) to move it. I will need to get my electrician to disconnect before it is moved so if you wish to see it working you will need to visit during the period of this auction.
