If the hot tub does not fit or the access is more challenging that described after purchase, then we would only be liable for curb side delivery. Collection access is very good and we can help assist in loading the hot tub on your vehicle, providing you have a sufficient vehicle to take the size and weight of the hot tub. You can get your vehicle next to the tub on hard standing ground.

We would like to stress that we sell pre owned hot tubs so the overall tub will show signs of wear, we describe all our hot tubs as best we can but viewing on all tubs is recommended.
