This is an Endless Swim Spa pool. Seats 6 with massage jets in every seat and 2 Badu jets allow you to swim against the current. Adjustable jets on all seats with aerators. Easy to operate; pump has a timer for daily filtering.

No backwashing or tricky maintenance required. Heater goes up to about 40 degrees. There's a blower included but the in-floor bubbler outlets have been blocked with putty due to several cracking and causing water leakage. 2 of the massage jet inserts are missing but replacements are available. Everything else is in great working condition.

Spa and all equipment have always been located undercover. Purchaser removes spa at own cost. Everything (pumps, heater, gas, electricity, etc) will be disconnected by seller and side fence cut to allow for removal. Property opens directly onto side street about 2m from spa. Crane probably not an option due to pergola over spa.

Indicative cost of relocation is $1500-$2000, but that's without having had an inspection so it's a guess only. Inspections welcome.
