Upon approval from our customer service team of the change of mind return, it is the responsibility of the customer to organise the safe return of the item to us at the address provided by our team.
The return freight cost is to be paid by the customer and is non-refundable. If you need help with returning bigger or bulky items that can't go through Australia Post we can assist with booking a courier to collect the goods for the return and deduct the courier fee from your refund. The courier fee is usually between $45 to $70. This cost will be deducted from the refund along with any restocking fee. For items that were sold with FREE shipping, the initial freight cost might also be deducted from the refund in some cases.
Once the return is received by us and verified to be in the condition specified, a refund will be processed, the refund is only of the item value minus the restocking fee being 15% of the purchase price (not including initial shipping). Not As Advertised/Described Return: If you have received an item that differs from our listing, please provide the following for us to verify the issue: a. Photos of the item received b.
