Wood Fired Wooden Hot Tub

Hi welcome to my auction for wood Fired Wooden hot tub. We have had this for about 4 years now and due to lack of use have decided to sell. It has literally been used a handful of times a year each year. Was bought for around £2500 as we paid extra for colour changing led light and a bubble system. Since then we have added a complete filter, Bubble and electric heater system to the side which can be seen in the photos.

This has made a huge difference. Best way to do it is heat the water in the tub with wood and keep it going in this way while you are using it and then switch to the electric heater to maintain the temperature while you are not in it. This means you don’t have to be there feeding the fire whilst not in use and it’s ready to go when you need it. The filter pump will keep things clean as well which wood fired hot tubs don’t have. Best of both worlds. Condition.

The heater box has had a stainless steel repair plate welded to the bottom due to a small hole letting in water. This is now watertight again. See photo. The tub itself requires a few hours cleaning/sanding it again to get it perfect due to weathering. The fire box surround fence could do with one of the slats replacing as it’s rotted a bit.

It could of course be used as it is as it’s all perfectly functional. Just cosmetic work to do if you choose to. It is currently partially stripped as in the photos for transportation. To collect you would need a large sturdy trailer or a flat back van. It is extremely heavy so will need 3-4 people to lift it.

I have seen used similar tubs go for £1600 WITHOUT all the extras I have described. 1700mm diameter 1000mm high seats 4-5people.
