Wooden Hot Tub Including Cover And Steps

We're selling our hot tub following a house renovation. We inherited the hot tub from the previous owners and whilst we have never used it in the year we've been at the house, we are told that it works, and when switched on, the electrics are all in working order. We have the user manual. We moved the hot tub to our front garden during the renovation so it definitely needs a clean! It includes a sturdy cover and the steps.
