It doesn’t have the original softub heater/pump as I thought it was pretty useless.

It’s not a true heater it just draws heat from the pump motor and takes an age to heat up. I upgraded the tub to a 2 speed pump from a Canadian spa hot tub and a separate 2000w heater. All are on separate waterproof switches. My tub is built into a frame so you’d need to build something similar or at least build a box for the pump and heater. If yours is going against a wall you can take part of my frame if wanted.

It’s unfinished but as you can see the finished product would have looked much better than what you get standard.
