Get your Softub running today with this used circuitboard, plug it in and go.... It has been tested on my Softub and repaired as needed, comes with a 6 month warranty. Common failure symptoms: - The 100 degree setting shows, temp can be adjusted up or down, and then there is a click and display flashes off, and then on, to 100 again, this repeats but pump does not run. - The pump goes on and off rapidly, every few seconds/minutes. - There can be other failures, these are the most common. Of course if there is no pump action it could be the circuitboard or other failure.
For diagnosis I check voltage to the board, should be 110 volts. Then I Check for power to the relays, 110V into the first relay and out to the second relay. When there is run signal(for heat or jets) the second relay engages and sends power to the motor. You can see which relay is which, follow wires, power in and power out to the motor. Relays can be the problem, tap the side of them to see if they are stuck off or even stuck on sometimes....Then I hotwire the motor to see if it runs, connecting wires to the back of the motor directly with 110v power carefully, you may need female connectors or clips.
It can run for a few seconds without water for evaluation, no problem. Contace me with your symptoms if you are not certain which component has failed, I may be able to assist with messages/pictures. FYI - It shows 100 degrees when starting, and will go up to 104 degree setting. It will replace the newer version that shows a P when starting. I am finding that the display setting and water temperature are not exact.
This circuitboard heats my water to 106+ degrees, on my digital thermometer, when set at the maximum 104 setting in my Softub, I like this! Your maximum water temp might vary. Returns are not accepted, please contact me with any questions, happy to assist. Pictured circuitboard is sample only, the one shipped may be different, and will have the same performance. Contact me as needed, I want your Softub experience to be great!
Happy to share 20+ years of Softub repair and service experience, thanks, Dale
