Photo 3 for Softub Soft Tub Analog Control Pump Powerpak Motor Light Hydromate Hot Spa Green

I am assuming that it does run, all the lights workon the controls. The only difference between the one I have and this one is the small tube coming above the inlet and outflow tubes what is that for? Thanks Don Miller
