NOTE: the color of the finished titanium after heat treating can be a dull grey color, to purple, to bluish-purple, and they do vary, and we do not havecolor choices nor any control over this, and functionally they are exactly the same. The grey-blue-purple color is the natural color for this titanium alloy.

Includes 2 new heater housing gaskets, standard size for flanged flo-thru heaters, in santoprene elastomer. Startup procedure is VERY important, just because it is titanium does not make it any more resistant to dry-fire abuse, starting up with air in the piping, etc., please read the included instructions. Can be run on 230v as 4.0kw (4000 watts) or on 115v 1.0kw (1000 watts), fits many flo-thru heaters requiring side terminals, Balboa M-7, Gecko, Acura controls as well as Morgan, Brett, United, ACC, Hydroquip, and many others. Includes an installation guide with tips on proper heating element startup (VERY important!). Sized for 2.25" diameter flo-thru heater housings with 1-1/4" terminal spacing, with 1/2" bulkhead holes in housing, these are all very common, standard dimensions.

Not for housings smaller than 2.25" outside diameter, not for terminal spacing other than 1-1/4", not for hole size other than 1/2" terminal holes in housing, and not for replacing elements with centered terminals, please note. For a proper fit you need your heater housing to conform to the details listed which again are: Stainless Steel Housing outside diameter must be 2.25" (2-1/4 inch) Housing hole size for terminals must be 1/2 inch.
Housing hole spacing must be 1-1/4 inch center to center. Housing must require an element with terminals offset to one side. Housing must require an overall element length of approximately 9-3/4 inch. (Longer lasting than elements rated 5.5kw which run extremely hot.)
