Spa was in full working order when it was emptied and disconnected from the power supply on 24 July 2017. It has been stored under cover since then. Selling because it came with the house we purchased 2 years ago, but we never used it. Spa was run on a regular basis and appropriate chemicals added as needed to ensure that it stayed in good condition. Price includes operating manual, spa cover, steps and all remaining spa chemicals.

Dimensions: 7'5" x 7'5" x 37.5"; 834 lbs. Pick up only. Buyer will need to organize a trailer, dollies and sufficient "muscle" to lift it onto the dollies/trailer.
